I love looking for older guys! Alright. So, for his father, I thought Colin Firth would be a great pick. It’s between Colin Firth and Pierce Brosnan. As for a younger brother, I’d pick someone like Max Thieriot or Lucas Till.
21? No. 25-27, yes. Matt’s got that mature face. He could play Darren’s older brother for sure, though. If you’re looking for an older brother for him, though, I’d suggest you raise the age a bit. Darren has an older looking face, too. Here’s a few more suggestions, though:

A personality that’s not common for a Dylan FC. Well, deter away from the innocent guy. He’s normally always based as such. If I were given the chance, I think I’d like to see him as the asshole. Perhaps a very stubborn guy. He, maybe, has gotten with many girls in his times and he has also done some things that his parents wouldn’t be so proud about. Anything that makes him look very hardcore or kind of like a rebel. Make sure to stay away from the sweetheart personality. His face is so cute, but make that be something that reminds people not to judge a book by it’s cover.

It was very limited because he’s got that cute face.. But Selena Gomez came to my mind first. The Jenner’s may fit, but Kendall would have to play a bit older. Kylie, on the other hand, not so much. Sarah Hyland is a cutie, but she only looks like Grant in a few gifs, so it could be very limited.
